Commodore Transport

Commodore Transport is a leading provider of integrated logistics solutions in Sudan and is the services arm of Mahgoub Sons Group. It provides an end-to-end service that contributes to achieving a seamless supply chain for its customers.

Founded in 1992 with a primary aim of mobilizing the various industry inputs and products of MSG and its subsidiaries. Commodore Transport has since grown into a fully-fledged logistics company offering its services to a range of clients.

Our services and solutions are tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients without differentiation between small or large companies. Backed by our extensive experience in Sudan and our first-hand knowledge of the logistics challenges that could arise due to environmental, economic and political factors, we have gained the trust of our clients by being ahead of the game through contingent strategic planning. We have invested in a wide-ranging fleet that covers a variety of needs. It comprises various truck and trailer types including multi-purpose, cargo, silo, tanker and low-bed trailers allowing for the transportation of bulk, packed and liquid goods in addition to containers and equipment.

Currently we operate in excess of 180 trucks and 270 trailers with plans to double in size by 2030 to meet increased demand. To ensure uninterrupted service, and reduce downtime, the company has established well-equipped workshops along all main transport routes North, East and South of the country that have minimised downtime by over 50% on average.
