Achievements & Milestones

01

Over 150km of Agri Roads Completed in 2025

The company has in 2025 alone completed over 150 km of agricultural roads in rural and hard to reach areas. Allowing for improved and eased access for farmers to production areas and reduce cost of transport.

02

25,000 Acres Under Management

In its new model, the company also manages and services 25,000 acres from farming to harvesting for other agricultural companies.

03

Land Levelling Project

As climate change continues to affect rainfall patterns and the sector at large, APCO embarked on a 5-year land-levelling project on Samsam Farm. The project aims to reduce losses from flooding, water logging and dry patches on the farm. The three phase project at its completion will save a third of the cultivated land, allow for the introduction of a second cultivation season and reduce crop losses by 50%. This will be done by excavating higher areas, filling depressions, draining excess water and finally harvesting excess water for supplementary irrigation.
